Born in Canby, Oregon to Western Music Hall of Fame member Joni Harms, Olivia Harms grew up Western Music royalty, but the rhinestone cowgirl crafted her own Texas Red Dirt sound. Olivia’s artistic identity has been honed since she was young. Olivia grew up on the family ranch in Canby and made her first appearance on stage when she was two days old. 27 years later, Olivia is following in her mother’s creative bootsteps and blazing her own trail in Texas. Olivia’s first single out to Texas radio, “Neon Blue” peaked at number 29. Her second single “Hey There Cowboy”, is sassy, flirty & name-drops George Strait, and packs plenty of twang and baritone guitar. Olivia co-wrote the IWMA-nominated song with D. Scott Miller, inspired by the real-life rodeo dance cowboys and their pick-up lines. Olivia is a full-time musician touring through Texas and the Western states, traveling around with her pickup, travel trailer, and two cow dogs.
