Come with a friend or by yourself to paint TWO mini watercolors for Christmas cards! There are three designs to choose from and you can even request blank watercolor paper to create your own painting!
After registering for class, you will receive an email inquiring which design(s) you would like for your mini watercolors. The choices will be a cardinal, Christmas cactus, Mt. Hood cabin, or a blank piece of watercolor paper. You can choose TWO different designs or TWO of the same, the choice is yours! Please keep in mind that the designs go from simplest to complex (based on amount of details) in the order listed.
No drawing or painting experience is needed for this class. A line drawing of the chosen design(s) will be already on the watercolor paper and students only need to paint with watercolors.
Preregistration is required so that all the materials are ready for you when you arrive for class!
Elizabeth will demonstrate different watercolor painting techniques and Elizabeth will be available for one on one help as time allows.
All materials to create a watercolor painting will be supplied, but if you have your own paint brushes, you’re welcome to bring them! Refrain from wearing anything light colored, just in case any paint splatters.
Supplied materials include professional grade Arches Cold Press watercolor paper and professional grade M. Graham Watercolor paints.
A glass of wine is included with this class. All food and beverage orders need to be placed by 7:00 pm. Wine Club Members will receive $10 off, email Sarah at club@ankenyvineyard.com for the discount link.
