Our Current Wine List

All of Ankeny Vineyard wines are estate wines from our 35-acre vineyard, located in the South Salem Hills in the Willamette Valley. The low-lying, south-facing slopes insure early ripening and uniquely flavored fruit.

Purchase of one case (12 bottles) or more entitles you to a 10% discount. Half-cases (6 bottles) get a 5% discount. Wine prices are listed below.   The case discount does not apply to sale priced wine as the cases have already been discounted.  Shipping and packing is a separate charge.

$5  Tasting Fee

Mélange Blanc $15. Best in Show at Deepwood Wine & Jazz Fest, 2011. Ankeny Mélange Blanc is an aromatic blend of 50% Chardonnay, 31% Pinot Gris, 17% Pinot Noir and 2% Early Muscat. Enjoy the aroma of preserved peaches and clove and the flavors of apple, pear, peach and orange.  A touch of sweetness makes it a wonderful complement to pork, chicken, seafood or spicy Asian fare.

Primavera $15.  Our newest springtime release is a blend of all of our white wine varieties including Early Muscat which provides an intense, floral finish.  It is an extremely well-balanced wine that goes great with a warm-weather picnic.

2009 Pinot Gris $16. Ankeny’s 2009 Pinot Gris is fruity and creamy, with aromas of tropical fruit, apple, pear and peach flavors. It pairs wonderfully with salmon, pasta salads, frittata or quiche.

Ankeny Silver $10. A delightful blend of Chardonnay & Early Muscat. A luscious fruity aroma, smooth & dry with a hint of sweetness. Refreshingly crisp tropical fruit and apple on the palate. Serve chilled.

2008 Chardonnay $12 . Soft aromas of vanilla, almond and pear complement flavors of apple and lemon-lime in Ankeny’s new Chardonnay. It is a zesty companion to summer picnic fare, or a delightful refresher for warm evenings in the back yard.

Pinot Noir Rosé $15. This rosy-pink wine has strawberry and lime aromas followed by green apple and grapefruit on the palate. Made by the saignée method from Dijon and Wädenswil clones of Pinot Noir. It is a wonderful match for heartily seasoned shellfish, fish or chicken.

2007 Pinot Noir $18. Enjoy the silky texture, the aromas of plum, apple butter and citrus, and the ripe plum, strawberry and orange flavors. This aromatic and complex wine will match perfectly with a wide variety of savory dishes.

2008 Pinot Noir $28. Ankeny’s 2008 Pinot Noir is a zesty complement to grilled salmon, roasted vegetables, lamb, pork. Its grape jam and nutmeg aromas, flavors of strawberry and blackberry preserves and blood orange, and medium-light tannins and refreshing acidity make it a good match for many other foods as well.

Ankeny Sunset $15. Bronze Medal Winner at the 2010 Oregon State Fair Wine Competition. This exceptional, estate-grown red blend is a tribute to the men and women of Oregon’s 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, returning in the spring of 2010 from a year-long deployment to Iraq. Like the citizen soldiers it is named for, Ankeny Sunset represents the finest Oregon has to offer. The wine is an excellent accompaniment to a wide variety of foods. Enjoy now or cellar for several years.

Maréchal Foch $22. A short-season French-American hybrid grape that makes an intensely dark, distinctive varietal, with a delicate floral fragrance that contrasts with a taste of wild berries.  This non-vintage wine is a perfect blend of Foch from the full and ripe 2009 vintage and crisp and delicate 2010 vintage. Ankeny Vineyard’s Foch is a wine for lovers of the “Big Reds.”

Ankeny Amber Pinot Noir Vin Glacé $22. (375ml) Silver Medal Winner, 2010 Oregon State Fair Wine Competition. Ankeny Amber is back after a two-month hiatus. Honey, apple, pear and orange blossom aromas and flavors make Ankeny Amber a luscious dessert all by itself. A complement to fruit pie, cheesecake, or bleu cheese.
